Complaints

At Glasgow Skin Specialists we strive to put patients at the centre of their care.  We do recognise, though, that sometimes things don't always go to plan.  If you have had a negative experience of the care you have received, we would like to know about it.  We would hope that, in most cases, we can support patients to a satisfactory resolution through face-to-face discussion.

 

If you would rather highlight an issue in writing, please email us at contact@glasgowskinspecialists.co.uk.  We commit to acknowledging a formal complaint within three working days, and to sending a full written response within 20 days.
